Trying to convince some of the older folks in my life is a bit harder then I anticipated. Additionally trying to convince some of the younger folks has been met with some interesting challenges. I feel the convenience of a bottle they don't have to carry once it's empty is a plus. But when I point out that all those bottles take up space in...

Bamboo is a sustainable resource. I gifted a few to different neighbors just to get them thinking about making the change fir their entire famy

We saw ghe return of butterflies. The kids in my neighborhood were excited.

Better for the environment.  Better for their bottom line.

This is incredibly hard to do when you are visiting people or spending time at their houses. I use it as an opportunity to talk with my friends and family. However, it is hard to explain it to my 93-year-old grandmother that I am passing on every bit of snack food she is offering me because it comes in plastic packaging.

I know that I am doing something that is helping all of the animals. Humans as a whole just keep trashing the place. If anything it just makes me sadder, that more people don't think and use a trash can.
