REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Cook a Zero-Plastic Waste MealDo an inventory of your kitchen to see how many single-use plastics you've used in the past. What are some resuable alternatives to these commonly used products? What would your impact be if you switched all the single-use products from your inventory to reusable?
Adrienne Mrsny 7/07/2019 12:39 PMThis is incredibly hard to do when you are visiting people or spending time at their houses. I use it as an opportunity to talk with my friends and family. However, it is hard to explain it to my 93-year-old grandmother that I am passing on every bit of snack food she is offering me because it comes in plastic packaging. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Keep My Community CleanHow does the act of picking up litter connect you more to your community?
Adrienne Mrsny 7/07/2019 12:36 PMI know that I am doing something that is helping all of the animals. Humans as a whole just keep trashing the place. If anything it just makes me sadder, that more people don't think and use a trash can. -
Adrienne Mrsny 7/01/2019 4:21 PMHappy Plastic Free July! What action are you most excited about taking? I am going to be trying toothpaste tablets! -
Adrienne Mrsny 6/11/2019 4:40 PMTried to challenge myself with being plastic free on the trip to Montana. Stay tuned for a blog on it.
