To be more conscientious in my day to day living and that every effort small or large helps.

I would try to reason that they would benefit from purchasing unnecessary plastic and that they would be contributing to reducing that plastic waste. That generally most people would welcome their thoughtfulness.

The amount of widespread single use plastics is astronomical when shopping. It's something that needs serious change.

My values are important to me and I want all my friends and family to understand how much I care. Social media can easily reach all the people around me.

Picking up litter is the smallest of deeds I do and benefit everyone in my neighborhood and workplace.  

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is the obvious choice to a healthy lifestyle.

What a great eco challenge month! A month that has strengthened my awareness and drive to really walk the talk! I’m going to continue on this path and treat each day is an eco challenge day. Going to inspire others to walk with me! Great month!! 🙌🏼 Plastic free for you and me!

I feel more a part of the solution than the problem. 

There was no local petition to sign in July, though I was able to support a ban on single use tableware being considered in Pacific Grove.

Happy Last day! I hope everyone met some of their goals! I feel more confident on reaching out to companies and leaders and voicing my needs as a costumer trying to live a plastic free life! WOOOHH!!
