  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Personal Care Tim Taylor Your Beauty Products
Homemade makeup is a practice which has been done in community for thousands of centuries as many indigenous women relied on plants for their bright make up. How can you incorporate that sense of community as you embark on a similar pursuit?

I feel that by experimenting I can formulate something that is easy to make, affordable and sustainable.  Once friends and family see something works and understand that they are not putting harmful chemicals onto the largest organ in the body they are more likely to adopt the homemade makeup.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Personal Care That Was a Close Shave
What have you noticed about the economic and social impact of switching to steel razors? Was there ever really a need for disposable razors, or do you think it was just a way to sell more things?

I think most of my friends are switching but how are we disposing of them is a concern to me.  I am going to research the best ways to recycle the blades.  The only need for disposable would be through travel with the strict guide lines on airplanes
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Make Your Own
How do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?
