Tama Olver 6/29/2019 6:28 AMBe polite and refrain from blaming front line staff. They may only be following policy or be afraid to take a risk.
Ask to talk to a manager, if it seems you can do so without offending or follow up with a phone call call or letter to management. Make your case including information about what the competition is doing. Make a firm commitment to do business elsewhere until policy changes. Include information about where you can be contacted.
