Suzanne's actions
Food
Use Reusable Utensils
I will keep 1 plastic cutlery out of the landfill per day by using my own reusable cutlery.
Personal Care
Pretty oh so Pretty
I will purchase beauty products that are packaged in sustainable packaging.
Food
Use Reusable Containers
I will only use reusable containers instead of single-use plastic storage items (such as plastic wrap, single-use sandwich bags).
Lifestyle
Natural Fibers
When available, I will purchase clothing made with natural fibers, such as cotton, linen, or wool, rather than synthetic fibers.
Food
Skip the Straw
I will keep 1 plastic straw(s) out of the landfill per day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.
Food
Minimize Packaging
I will purchase food items with the least amount of packaging.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

Suzanne Zgraggen 7/11/2019 1:21 PMI wish I could find somewhere local to buy bar shampoo; no luck so far. I did find a face cleanser bar at Walmart, which will be so much easier to travel with than a liquid cleanser!-
Clair Hallyburton 7/11/2019 5:05 PMI went to Hello Bulk Market to refill a shampoo container I had already. I can’t remember seeing bar shampoo but the refillable shampoo was great! They had bulk laundry detergent and dish soap among many other things as well! -
Tori Bird 7/11/2019 3:47 PMI think that they have it at Olio in Sugar House. Also possibly Hello Bulk Markets.
