Samantha Slade 6/30/2019 10:35 AMI hope to set an example for my co workers as I begin to bring in reusable containers and utensils. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Skip the StrawHave you noticed a shift in your community as more messaging about reusable straws becomes mainstream? Cite some examples.
Samantha Slade 6/30/2019 10:34 AMWe have been seeing a lot more of paper straws being used in my community as well as here at work. I am also seeing a lot of "save the turtles" posts in my instagram feed -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Make Your OwnHow do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?
Samantha Slade 6/30/2019 10:32 AMI am excited to go to farmers markets and get fresh fruits and vegetables and learn about canning. I am hoping to can some applesauce, green beans and corn
