    yes, it hasn't been has extended as it should be. There are a couple of places around my neighborhood that already made the change and at some local bars they have a message that they will give an straw only if you ask.

    I send a FB message to the Showmars people because they use too much plastic, I stopped going there for lunch because they never replied back. I pretty much eat all the time at Soho Bistro, no plastic waste.
