Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Amy Lofton 7/10/2019 5:29 PMI joined the challenge because there's something about putting my goals in writing that motivates me (no different than logging my food intake with Weight Watchers :-) It gives me a sense of accountability. And hopefully through my efforts, someone will see my actions and they will be encouraged to make their own actions.
Let's go Bank of America!!
