    What are the benefits of switching to bamboo toothbrushes? How would you implore others in your community to make this switch as well?

    Bamboo an alternative to plastic. However, it would be beneficial to have full ingredient disclosure for the bamboo options. Similar to plastics, it will help make informed decisions.

    It's usually cheaper to buy in bulk. It's less waste. The choice of container is yours.

    Its easy!! And can be simple ingredients! The all purpose cleaner I made has been working great so far.

    With the added mindfulness of reducing your packaging, what have you noticed about the amount and type of single use plastics used for packaging when you shop in the grocery store?

    Lots of plastics are used! But there are also lots of glass and paper options... I found that it was somewhat easy to cut over half of the plastic waste out of my footprint.

    Why do you think these produce products started amassing so much plastic packaging? Who is the plastic packaging really serving -- the consumer, the producer, or someone else?

    I plan to do this. We have plenty of cloth bags. There's probably several reasons - the idea (true or not) that packaged produce would be cleaner/contamination-free, possibly for shipping and less bruising of fruit/vegetables, easy to grab.

    I don't care for how the toothpaste make my mouth feel, but I'm open to trying other recipes.
