Growing my own garden helps me with stress and it gets me outside in the sunshine which helps with depression. I also love watching the birds and bees!  I am able to control what is in my soil and what is on my food. I do all organic gardening and I never spray anything! In fact, I have a helpful opossum that visits my yard and eats bugs!
