    Well thank you. Today I brought my own cup to Doddington Hall for coffee, and used my own water bottle for dance class. Our Abel & Cole order arrived today with a vegetable box packed with loose organic vegetables.

    I can advocate for the people who have been harmed by the bottling process by not buying bottled water and encouraging others not to either.     Bringing my own cup is a wonderful opener to question the use of single plastic take away cups by the cafe. I sometimes have been given a free cup of coffee for bringing in my own cup. I tell as many people as possible to bring in there own cups. Using less paper napkins when eating out.

    Often an unnecessary use of plastic. The loose produce unfortunately often costs more than the prepackaged. The use of black plastic is being phased out, which is good.

    Provides habitat and shelter for animals , birds and insects as well as providing a carbon sink for CO2, health benefits, and local food with a lower carbon footprint.
