Sara McElroy 7/24/2019 7:00 PMOne of the most rewarding aspects from doing this challenge is seeing others make eco-friendly decisions because they know it means a lot to me. Two of my closest friends and some of my family members are beginning to look for plastic-free options while shopping or are refusing plastic straws at restaurants!-

Sara McElroy 7/23/2019 4:02 PMOne of my favorite snacks is graham crackers, but I realized that they come in a single-use wrapper, so I set out to find a way to avoid the unnecessary plastic. After some research I discovered a recipe and today I tested it out. My graham crackers vary a little from the store-bought version, but they still make a delicious snack that goes perfectly with a glass of milk!-
joy kotheimer 7/27/2019 6:56 AMI love graham crackers, and noticed that too. I will have to try to find a good recipe!
