Bryce's actions
Food
Cook a Zero-Plastic Waste Meal
I will prepare 2 meal(s) at home each day without using any items packaged in single-use plastic.
Food
Use Reusable Utensils
I will keep 4 plastic cutlery out of the landfill per day by using my own reusable cutlery.
Food
Lobby for Reusables
I will lobby my workplace to have reusable dishes and silverware in order to minimize disposables.
Food
Skip the Straw
I will keep 3 plastic straw(s) out of the landfill per day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.
Personal Care
That Was a Close Shave
I will replace my disposable razors with steel razors. Why not try using hair conditioner instead of shaving foam for that baby smooth feel?
Community
Join a Cleanup Effort
I will host or participate in a beach, highway, river, or other cleanup effort in my community.
Participant Feed

We had a great opportunity to engage with the general public and spread awareness on the dangers of single-use plastics!.-
Jessica Chapman 7/12/2019 4:04 PMAwesome, congratulations!! So glad to hear it was a good turnout. I am happy to post more of them on the Tidepool page or to the All Staff distribution email.

Bryce Leo 7/09/2019 8:27 AMAfter seeing Bea Johnson's presentation in the Auditorium on Earth Day, I went out and bought a double edged re-usable razor to move away from disposables. Clean Shave and much longer life cycle of the blades with proper care -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Cook a Zero-Plastic Waste MealDo an inventory of your kitchen to see how many single-use plastics you've used in the past. What are some resuable alternatives to these commonly used products? What would your impact be if you switched all the single-use products from your inventory to reusable?
Bryce Leo 7/09/2019 8:22 AMAll inventory is currently reusable. Need to find an "best practice" for purchasing Meat/Chicken with no plastic -
