Food Cook a Zero-Plastic Waste Meal
Do an inventory of your kitchen to see how many single-use plastics you've used in the past. What are some resuable alternatives to these commonly used products? What would your impact be if you switched all the single-use products from your inventory to reusable?

I started single use plastic challenge last hear and have been able to cut my use by about 75% on a daily basis. I opt for glass, paper, and try to do as much research and on line buying for biodegradable and reusable packaging.

Because my passion in the ocean, breathing the majesty, the divine calmness. Watching the documentary A Plastic Ocean, seeing the damage to the eco system, absolutely breaks my heart. How careless, selfish and inconsiderate we all are/ have been.  I choose to stand up for my Planet.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
