  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Make Your Own
How do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?

This has been overwhelming because I only meant to sign up for one or two days, making yoghurt, and I ended up doing every day  of the month. Sorry about that.

If it's a daily action, you don't have a choice to sign up for it differently.  Just try something new in the kitchen when you can, and when you do, click the action for that day.  You're a success even if you try something new and sustainable one day out of the month!

    Hi!
I’m trying and mostly succeeding. Although I didn’t actually mean to say that I would do some new food thing every day. I meant to say I’d do one new food this month - which is to make my own yoghurt in glass jars so I don’t keep buying plastic ones! Haven’t done that yet!
