Just Say No
I will avoid buying toxic plastics, including polycarbonate, polystyrene and polyvinyl.
Lifestyle
Support a Sharing Economy
I will create or support a sharing economy with family, friends, and neighbors.
Food
Make Your Own
I will try new recipe(s) or food preparation method(s) each day, such as canning, pickling, making yogurt, or baking granola bars or bread.

I will make my environmental actions visible by posting to my social media networks.

Andi Vial 7/05/2019 5:51 AMPlastic-Free 4th of July went off with out a hitch! I was nervous to see how this went as this is normally a holiday where I use a lot of 1 time use things out of convenience! It just took one extra load in the dishwasher. no big! -
Andi Vial 7/03/2019 9:19 AMI bought some all-natural pet toys at my local grocery store! They are very gross but my dog loves them. And now plastic! Also, I was nervous about using the bags that the pet store uses for bulk items. The lady at the grocery store told me they are 100% compost-able, so I threw it in my compost when I came home! yayyyy! Here is Dottie, my pup, super stoked about it.-
