    My zero plastic waste breakfast this morning was shakshuka. If you've never tried it, you should! Makes a grrat breakfast for dinner meal if you don't randomly wake up at 5am on your day off like I do.

    Really excited that the Plastic Free EcoChallenge is helping us think about waste usage at work. Now we are enrolled in the Trex challenge and can start recycling plastic bags and film!
