REFLECTION QUESTIONPets Rubber Glove Pet Hair RemovalWe know you want to - tell us about why your pet is so awesome!
Andrew Pulver 7/31/2019 9:02 AMOur two long-hair cats produce an absurd amount of hair even though they don't move all day. Even when I leave the house the hair will follow. It's great to have a means of removing this hair that doesn't involve a lint roller, for when I'm on the go. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Cook a Zero-Plastic Waste MealDo an inventory of your kitchen to see how many single-use plastics you've used in the past. What are some resuable alternatives to these commonly used products? What would your impact be if you switched all the single-use products from your inventory to reusable?
Andrew Pulver 7/31/2019 8:59 AMMany products come in a glass container variant, so we could seek those out. We really don't use much for single use plastic, but the few remaining things are mainly snacks. It may benefit our health to cut those items out all together. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Keep My Community CleanHow does the act of picking up litter connect you more to your community?
Andrew Pulver 7/31/2019 8:55 AMPeople notice and sometimes help, or sometimes simply pay a compliment. I had first time conversations with neighbors I've lived next to for years, because they wanted to offer me hand-sanitizer. -

Andrew Pulver 7/29/2019 9:03 AMI've made some great routines during all of this, and I even received a nice compliment from a stranger who had noticed I've been "tidying up" the street corner (disposing of litter) every morning. -
Andrew Pulver 7/17/2019 10:40 AMThe rubber glove pet hair removal seems so obvious now. I've been wasting money on that one, apparently. The task of "Keeping my community clean" by cleaning up litter is becoming more of a challenge everyday, because it's working! I now have to walk a whole block to find new litter.
