    This was a terrific challenge.
I’m excited to have more locally made, eco friendly products available.  Glorias in Fairhaven has metal straws for sale.

I always have to tell the host or hostess at restaurants or take out places immediately that I don’t want a straw, plastic utensils and plastic bag.
When ordering over the phone, I let them know I don’t want any single use plastic.
My favorite glass straw is in the picture.

I visited Greenline Apothecary on Main Street near Branch Ave in Providence.  If you are looking for shampoo bars, they have quite the variety!!!!
They have a good  selection of eco friendly products.

I always have reusable bowls, plates, utensils, straws and water bottles for me and the kids.  We either use silicone or cloth bags for snacks.  I also keep bento boxes in a reusable bag for leftovers in restaurants.
