REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonal Care Dam the FlowDisposable tampons and menstrual pads are often quite expensive. What are the economic and personal benefits of this switch for you?
Maddie Michels-Boyce 7/08/2019 5:27 AMThe reusable ones had a larger initial cost, but they will save me money over the long run. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Travel EatingWas this action easy or difficult to do? How did it change your travel experience?

REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Complete a Waste AuditWhat did you learn about the waste you create? Where can you reduce the most?
Maddie Michels-Boyce 7/05/2019 10:31 AMMost of the waste I produce comes from food packaging. I can buy in bulk when possible and try to buy unpackaged food or food in recyclable packaging. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy Unpackaged ProduceWhy do you think these produce products started amassing so much plastic packaging? Who is the plastic packaging really serving -- the consumer, the producer, or someone else?
Maddie Michels-Boyce 7/05/2019 6:18 AMPeople want to feel like their produce is clean so producers probably started packaging their produce more. It is also easier to sell produce in bags and other packaging than selling produce as single items so that's convenience for the seller.
