Lauren M. Blanchard 7/29/2019 7:19 AMMy great aunt sent over some lentils she received from government assistance and didn't know what to make with it. 1 1/2 cup of them made a MASSIVE serving of curry. ...which I will be packing for lunch every day this week. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Lobby for ReusablesWhat are some of the cases you could make to an employer for why switching to durable dishes and utensils is actually in their best interest as well?
Lauren M. Blanchard 7/17/2019 11:33 AMOne coworker, in particular, used 5 plastic cups a day just from visiting the watercooler. Because I'm the one who orders office supplies, I was easily ordering cups mainly for his use. One day I had enough - I ordered him a reusable bottle with Pikachu on it (he really likes Pikachu) and my plastic-cup-waste problem was solved!-

Lauren M. Blanchard 7/17/2019 11:23 AMI have my own utensils, plates, bowls, and travel mugs at my desk. If I use a disposable it's because a coworker helped themselves to my stash without asking or returning it.-
Diane Kirksey 7/28/2019 1:23 PMThanks for all the work you've done for this challenge! You've been a great participant.
