Lifestyle Buy Only What I Need
As you have reduced your spending, what have you noticed about your 'health and safety' purchasing habits? How might this change your longer term purchasing decisions?

I tend to go through cycles of only buying essentials, followed by splurging on luxury items. I don't think it will be too hard to make the "essentials" periods last longer.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Plant a Garden
Besides having access to fresh herbs and vegetables, what benefits will you see from growing your own garden?

More plants in my garden will make it more pleasant to spend time out there - and the more time I spend in my garden, the more motivation I will have to tend to my growing plants. A natural circle.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Use Reusables at Work
It is often true that we only have control over our own actions and not the collective community. How can you lead by example when it comes to switching disposables for reusable dishes in your community?

I have so many spare dishes and utensils at home, that it only makes sense to bring a few in to work for use. Hopefully, my lunchmates will notice the change! I will also try to lead an initiative to make cleaning reusable dishes easier, as our sink currently lacks brushes, sponges, or dish soap.
