REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Takeout ProHow could you mitigate issues that may arise if the restaurant does not want to let you use your own containers at first?
Todd Hutchinson 7/22/2019 8:22 AMI could research the health code laws that apply, to see if there are legitimate reasons that merchants could refuse. If there are, then I should contact local government to ask about efforts to make reusable containers work with food safety rules.-

Todd Hutchinson 7/17/2019 1:25 PMChopsticks are great! You can eat almost anything with them, and they're even better than a fork for salad. Re-using them is even better. -
Todd Hutchinson 7/15/2019 1:44 PMThat food cart and their sporks, got me again! I have to watch them like a hawk while they make my food. -
Todd Hutchinson 7/10/2019 2:13 PMLeftovers are the ultimate no-waste lunch. Also, baristas remember you and your drink when you have a unique cup. -
Todd Hutchinson 7/08/2019 7:50 AMTakeout was wrapped with no plastic on Friday, but in a big plastic bag. It can be recycled, but I should have brought one in with me. The brew fest used a plastic cup. I can re-use it some more, and maybe it can be recycled? -
Todd Hutchinson 7/02/2019 2:58 PMI forgot to tell the food cart vendor "no spork!" Can't wait for the law to kick in this fall so that businesses can't give you plasticware without asking.
