    I created these baskets from plastic grocery bags.

      I started from the center of the basket base and worked out for as large as I wanted the base to be then set the base on edge and started stitching which built up the sides of the basket.

      wow - neat.  how do you machine stitch as it curves at the base? Start from the base and stitch up?
