    Here’s what I did for the environment this past week: 1. Bought a hybrid car and averaged 54 mpg for the week. 2. Switched 3 bills to online only - to reduce paper use. 3. Rode my bike 14 miles  to run an errand to reduce emissions. 4. Used the same plastic bottle at work to refill my drinking water. 5. Took the stairs all week instead of using an elevator to conserve electricity. 6. Recycled glass, plastic and paper at home using the city provided recycling bin. Looking forward to this week and new ways to lower my carbon footprint. Go team!
