REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Use Reusable ContainersHow can you think outside the box (or bag!) when it comes to disposables?
Jeanne Goodman 7/03/2019 4:56 AMI bought silicon bowl covers and just started to use them, but my husband can't seem to figure out how to get them over the container so that they'll stay! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Homemade CleanersWhat did you learn by making your own cleaning products? What is the biggest difference in making vs buying?
Jeanne Goodman 7/02/2019 3:25 AMI'm going to give that tub scrub a try, but I'm skeptical about soap scum! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Watch a DocumentaryWhich documentary did you choose to watch? What did you learn?
Jeanne Goodman 7/02/2019 3:23 AMSeems like patriotic watching to me! Maybe this is my 4-July assignment! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Takeout ProHow could you mitigate issues that may arise if the restaurant does not want to let you use your own containers at first?
Jeanne Goodman 7/02/2019 3:21 AMI just bought a 50 count of Chinese restaurant style takeout boxes. When we have left overs in my community, we don't have to use disposable plastic containers. These are compostable! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Use Reusable BagsHow difficult was this challenge for you? What made it easy or difficult?
Jeanne Goodman 7/02/2019 3:19 AMWhat I like to do is accept some plastic bags but then make sure I reuse them. The bags that bread comes in doubles for cat box clean ups. The ziplock bags that some foods come in live to see another food item to store. -
