I love to make my own food but it can be time consuming. I made muffins over the weekend. They were delicious and I thought we would eat them all easily within a few days. On the third day after baking them, they had already started to mold. This was discouraging. I don't like to waste food. I'm going to experiment with freezing baked goods more often.
