REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Make Your OwnHow do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?
Marcy Easton 7/12/2019 7:47 AMI love to make my own food but it can be time consuming. I made muffins over the weekend. They were delicious and I thought we would eat them all easily within a few days. On the third day after baking them, they had already started to mold. This was discouraging. I don't like to waste food. I'm going to experiment with freezing baked goods more often.
