REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonal Care Lather UpWhat are the economic and personal benefits of switching to bar soap/shampoo/conditioner or refillable bottle options?
Alex E 7/14/2019 8:40 AMI recently purchased a shampoo bar and a body scrub bar from Lush. No plastic packaging and made with natural, sustainable ingredients. -
Alex E 7/14/2019 8:36 AMI use mesh bags for produce instead of the plastic ones provided. I buy a lot of produce and in the past month of using the mesh reusable bags I have saved countless plastic bags from going to the landfill. -
Alex E 7/04/2019 3:33 PMI bring my lunch in a stainless steel bento box almost every day, as well as bring my reusable water bottle and coffee thermos to work every day.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Make Your OwnHow do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?
Alex E 6/24/2019 5:44 PMI am starting to make my own bread. Not only does it save plastic packaging and money, it also challenges me to try new recipes and to become a better baker!
