Eryca Dinsdale 7/31/2019 1:27 PMOne of my biggest changes in habits was changing to a reusable tumbler for my morning iced coffee. This saves the straw and lid and cup. The downside is I have to remember to wash it out and bring it with me to the coffee stand! But the shaming I received from my 13 yr old if I forgot was very motivating. -

Eryca Dinsdale 7/15/2019 7:51 AMI keep forgetting to bring reusable bags into non-grocery stores, but I'm getting it now! Getting my kids to help has made a lot of difference.
