One of my biggest changes in habits was changing to a reusable tumbler for my morning iced coffee. This saves the straw and lid and cup. The downside is I have to remember to wash it out and bring it with me to the coffee stand! But the shaming I received from my 13 yr old if I forgot was very motivating.
