    Plastic free breakfast - eggs in cardboard box and avo (avoided packaged blueberries and yogurt), now to do lunch and dinner!

    Do some research on polystyrene and polyvinyl. How many items in your house already contain these toxins?

    I've already replaced my toothbrushes with Wooden brushes, been doing this for 6 months now. Next stop, an alternative shaver option and shampoo / conditioner in non plastic! We go through so many of these at home.

    Plastics at home - Shavers, Shampoo / Conditioner bottles (I've already started using bars of soap instead of shower gel, some food packaging is unavoidable at the moment

      But this morning managed to do a plastic free breakfast! Eggs from a cardboard carton and an avocado. I opted for no plastic top on my coffee too. Next step is a reusable takeout cup
