I will prepare 1 meal(s) at home each day without using any items packaged in single-use plastic.

Minimize Packaging
I will purchase food items with the least amount of packaging.

Swap the Snacks
I will swap out 2 prepackaged snacks a day for fresh fruits or veggies.

Make Your Own
I will try new recipe(s) or food preparation method(s) each day, such as canning, pickling, making yogurt, or baking granola bars or bread.

John Atwood 7/22/2019 9:50 PMNot great, unfortunately. Traveling this weekend in order to work on estate issues for a deceased relative. No time to cook, no veggie snacks, no yoghurt-making, etc. -
John Atwood 7/22/2019 9:44 PMI am surprised by how it’s not easier to meet my objectives. I do a lot on my own anyway and some of my objectives are not so easy to do when one is very busy, such as making my own DIY household product each day. As somebody working everyday on a climate change project (ppmgame.org), I thought crushing these challenges would be a breeze.-
Kristina Zill 7/30/2019 2:47 AMI know what you mean. Harder than it looks!
