Our mission is to protect, nurture, and enhance Madison Square Park, a dynamic seven-acre public green space, creating an environment that fosters moments of inspiration. As stewards, we strive to engage the community through our beautiful gardens, inviting amenities, and world-class programming. We believe that in an urban setting everyone deserves access to a park that allows for recreation, respite, and reflection.

    And we’ve done it. An entire month of trying to reduce the amount of plastic waste in our lives. This challenge has made me more aware of the places that plastic has crept into our lives unnecessarily, and I plan to build on what I learned during this past month and continue to reduce both my and my family’s reliance on plastic.

    Dislike that you can "earn more points" by simply logging in each day or posting on feed. As someone who has tried to be environmentally conscious and greatly reduced their consumption for years, it's a very hollow act to log my actions. I could see how it can benefit and motivate those new to eco-consciousness, but I find it a bit...
