The current mission is for employees to pursue individual challenges for plastic free living and education through the "Plastic Free Eco Challenge". At the end of the challenge we will use the success and momentum we have created to advocate for sustainability changes at Citadel | Securities at the firm level. This can include an email or an open letter to senior management to show how much support there is internally for a more sustainable work space. We can build on the success of the plastic challenge to encourage more sustainable food sourcing, waste management, energy sourcing, etc.

July 7 at 2:23 PMI started small by buying some reusable stainless steel containers from Radian life and getting a water bottle for traveling and refilling it instead of buying water. It saves me money and reduces plastic waste at the same time which is nice.
