Arkansas Nature Lovers

As a vegetarian for several years, I look for ways to reduce my carbon footprint by eating responsibly.  I try not to waste food by planning menus carefully, buying only what I need and eating healthily.  But, I also subscribe to the service HelloFresh.  Each week, I get a cardboard box, two or three ice packs, paper bags of meals to prepare...

 Just started.  I'm looking for new and additional ways to reduce my plastic use.
