Today I collected boxes of recycling from an national senior living facility.  The population of seniors in Tucson a lot of whom live in a assisted environment have no recycle program.  Styrofoam,  plastic utensils,  cans of soda are all thrown into a trash bin.  This is a concern that needs to be addressed.
