What are your favorite brands of shampoo bars?? I already only shampoo my hair once a week (I went shampoo free a few years ago, and I'm back on shampoo, just infrequently). I'd love to make the switch. So far most people are talking about ethique... any American brands that people recommend? That way the carbon footprint can be lower too! Happy to do etsy shops, etc. I just want to find something that's good for sometimes flaky, touchy scalp...

Lush is pretty good!  I love how they only use paper packaging on their products!  I've only gone to their store in Torrance, but have never tried to ship their products directly to me.

Also. My worms fled the nest earlier this spring :( Most of them did, anyway. I'm still loading my compost because I have soldier flies (ew, but yay) but. I'd love to talk more about vermiposting with a team member! Is it you?

Disposable tampons and menstrual pads are often quite expensive. What are the economic and personal benefits of this switch for you?

You all know I want to normalize talking about things that are NORMAL! Periods happen. Can we make better choices? Does anyone have preferred vendors/ etsy shops for reusable and environmentally friendly menstrual products?
