REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Travel EatingWas this action easy or difficult to do? How did it change your travel experience?
Jennifer Thorne 7/31/2019 6:15 AMI had to pre-plan more than I have in the past and pack reusable containers. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Use Reusable BagsHow difficult was this challenge for you? What made it easy or difficult?
Jennifer Thorne 7/31/2019 6:11 AMI found it hard when I was traveling and storing food. I didn’t always have reusable containers or the right size reusable bag. I did bring extra Tupperware to reuse. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Travel SmartHow can/did you prepare to be successful in this action? Did you engage in conversation with anyone about your new habit?
Jennifer Thorne 7/14/2019 4:42 PMI packed snacks in my eco friendly container and always use my reusable water bottle. I did find it hard at the airport to find snacks that didn’t contain any plastic and the fruit wasn’t an option as it was inside plastic. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Plant a GardenBesides having access to fresh herbs and vegetables, what benefits will you see from growing your own garden?
Jennifer Thorne 7/04/2019 8:44 AMLove seeing all the birds, butterflies around the garden and adding fresh herbs to my food daily has been great! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Use Reusable ContainersHow can you think outside the box (or bag!) when it comes to disposables?
Jennifer Thorne 7/02/2019 7:01 AMI find I have to purchase many items already in articles and then store it in non plastic containers.-
Jennifer Thorne 7/02/2019 7:10 AMWhoops! Spell check! Should state plastic- not articles! I’m skipping all plastic when possible- especially veggies that are already in plastic.
