REFLECTION QUESTIONPets Invest in a Pooper-ScooperHow are caring for your pet and caring for the environment connected for you?
Laurence Tardiani 7/07/2019 6:04 PMI bought a 5gal lowes bucket to live in our basement and a small 2 gal lowes bucket stored hidden near our kitty litter. We use the 2 gal instead of a plastic bag each day and dump it into the 5 gal when we're done. The 5 gal contents gets tossed with the weekly trash saving 7 plastic bags a week.-
Anita Kim 7/08/2019 8:39 AMLaurence - this is amazing! I have struggled with how to handle our cat litter without using plastic for a while now and haven't come up with a good plan (also my partner has to do the cat litter cleaning since I'm pregnant, so it needs to be something he can get on board with). Thanks so much for this idea!
