REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Takeout ProHow could you mitigate issues that may arise if the restaurant does not want to let you use your own containers at first?
Corrine Steever 7/03/2019 12:04 PMI think that talking with restaurants about the advantages of them allowing you to bring a container (saves them money) may help. I know that it can be a sanitary issue for some, but we have been finding that asking has been pretty positive. Some of my co-workers have taken it on themselves to ask many of the food trucks that are out on the Greenway, I know that Gogi will take your container, and a 4 cup Tupperware is good!
