REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodSingle use plastics have become normalized in our society to the point that most people don't see them as a problem. What would you say to a friend, colleague, or family member who may not understand why these disposables are an issue?
Linda Sprenkle 7/12/2019 2:38 PMI have been thinking about how my grandmother and mother handled left-overs before we had plastic containers. I remember some wonderful glass storage containers and pickling jars that they used. Luckily, I have been able to use some great jars and don’ have to use plastic storage bags anymore.
