My family spends so much less money on plastic wrap, plastic bags and such for saving left overs... I can't remember the last time we bought them!

Way to go Denny's.... went to eat there and the waitress told us she couldn't give us straws unless we asked for them (which we didn't) and all their take out containers are compostable.

Why is it when you say- "No, I don't need any straws" people look at you as though you are crazy.

I find myself being very conscience of all things plastic and whether I should buy/ use them... totally worth the extra work.
