    On a recent visit to Costco, I was appalled at how many people bought the single use plastic water bottle cases.

      This might be unexpected, but I see you are in PA and I'm trying to get in touch with people who care.  Our PA legislators are trying to prevent municipalities from passing bans on single use plastics! It is exactly the opposite direction of where we need to go.  Please call your state representative and lets see if we can get this removed. (apparently they are putting it in as part of the budget).
