  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
How do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?

I love it. I love cooking and exploring and trying new things. This one is a more simple challenge for me versus some of the others.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
How can you think outside the box (or bag!) when it comes to disposables?

To me, it's all about prep. If I prep my meals and have them ready to go, then I pack my own lunch and am out on the town. I'm better with reusables then versus when I'm out and about having to decide what to do for lunch and avoiding waste.

It's HARD!! I like having the daily reminder because it's in my subconscious but some things are habit that you just need to break. Especially when thinking about buying things and not using the bags they give you for produce etc. Practice makes progress and constant reminders help!
