    It's definitely hard but Chicago has a law where you need to pay a few cents for bags, which I find it super motivational!

    A few months ago I purchased KeepCup that is specifically designed for baristas, so now I can have my lattes saving the environment and not sacrificing latte art :)

    Yes! A lot of local Chicago and NYC coffee shops started selling reusable straws for convenience. In case I forgot one when I travel, I know I can easily go and buy one.
