REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHow difficult was this challenge for you? What made it easy or difficult?
Katerina Popova 7/08/2019 11:15 AMIt's definitely hard but Chicago has a law where you need to pay a few cents for bags, which I find it super motivational! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodGreat job on getting rid of your disposable cup habit! How does it make you feel? What's next on your list to reduce your waste?
Katerina Popova 7/02/2019 2:25 PMA few months ago I purchased KeepCup that is specifically designed for baristas, so now I can have my lattes saving the environment and not sacrificing latte art :) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHave you noticed a shift in your community as more messaging about reusable straws becomes mainstream? Cite some examples.
Katerina Popova 7/01/2019 3:49 PMYes! A lot of local Chicago and NYC coffee shops started selling reusable straws for convenience. In case I forgot one when I travel, I know I can easily go and buy one.
