Kayla Moreno 7/12/2019 6:07 PMLooked more into plastic free products we can budget for next month. Dropps, Cleancult, and Who gives a crap. Just wish I was made of money... #zookeeperlife-
Sam Peterson 7/13/2019 8:15 PMKayla, I did a trial pack of Dropps last week and got a 30% off coupon for signing up, if that helps. I think the promotion runs for a few more weeks.

Kayla Moreno 7/11/2019 6:12 PMWent out to Bombay’s for a meeting, no straw of course, and was pleasantly surprised when I found out they use paper straws and good quality too!! -
Kayla Moreno 7/10/2019 8:46 PMWent to the dentist today: we talked about butterflies and having a garden to support them and being plastic free in the bathroom. We talked about eco flossing, toothpaste and shampoo bottles. I told her I use bite and she said she might try it. Even on the way out, she tried handing me the typical toothpaste/toothbrush in plastic bag. And I said no thank you. Hopefully I have convinced another person to join the Bite toothpaste fan club. FYI it’s only $40 for a 4 month prescription, 2x daily tabs. #plasticfreejulywin-

Sam Peterson 7/11/2019 3:43 PMHi, Kayla. I'm debating switching to Bite or Weldental tabs once I finish my paste jar. Have you tried both or just Bite?

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityWhat is a plastic-related issue in your state/province?
Kayla Moreno 7/04/2019 6:33 AMPlastic bags and straws are still being used by my city. But Austin tx made the step in the right direction in banning plastic bags last year! #waytogoAustin -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityIn what ways is social media an effective tool for sharing your values?
Kayla Moreno 7/04/2019 6:19 AMSharing my actions and seeing others actions during this plastic free July makes me feel like we are making a difference and see what others are doing helps me to stay motivated or steal their ideas 💡 #yayteam -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonal CareWhat are the economic and personal benefits of switching to bar soap/shampoo/conditioner or refillable bottle options?
Kayla Moreno 7/04/2019 6:16 AMI replaced my body liquid soap for a bar in a small bag that assists with lather as well as switching to a shampoo bar. I love how little I have to use of the shampoo bar I have to use to get a great lather. And the soap just disappears when you use it all!! #nowaste #disappearingsoap -
