Note to self: volunteer for things you're passionate about, so even if it feels like work at points, you know you'll come out feeling wonderful in the end AND doing some good for others! :)

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Volunteer in my CommunityHow does volunteering enhance your community and/or change your relationship with it?
Heather Marquard 7/31/2019 11:47 AMActually volunteered waaay more than four hours this month. I stopped counting. Not sure if it's good or bad. Good, I'm sure, but some of it felt more like work than joy from the heart in parts.
Note to self: volunteer for things you're passionate about, so even if it feels like work at points, you know you'll come out feeling wonderful in the end AND doing some good for others! :)-

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Plant a GardenBesides having access to fresh herbs and vegetables, what benefits will you see from growing your own garden?
Heather Marquard 7/31/2019 11:46 AMI never got my garden planted. It is a nice idea but one I struggle with, not only because I always feel 'off time' with when I should be doing it, but now with OSH out of business I don't have a good local source of gardening things.
This month also flew by and I was constantly exhausted and behind schedule in everything, professional or personal, so planting a new garden always was bottom of the list. :/ -
Heather Marquard 7/14/2019 1:39 PMI guess I'm not good at checking in daily. I do feel like I'm doing well at two of my goals regularly, but would definitely appreciate more down time to tackle the garden goal! -
Heather Marquard 7/08/2019 3:21 PMThought I would do better during the holiday on the challenge. I did well, but didn't log it in. There's something wonderful about NOT being on any computer screen over a long holiday weekend! :) -
Heather Marquard 7/02/2019 7:20 PMDay 2! Really trying to make sure I check in every day to keep this top of my mind so I'm focused on creating new, positive habits! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLifestyle Buy Only What I NeedAs you have reduced your spending, what have you noticed about your 'health and safety' purchasing habits? How might this change your longer term purchasing decisions?
