REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Takeout ProHow could you mitigate issues that may arise if the restaurant does not want to let you use your own containers at first?
Laura Keck 7/09/2019 7:15 AMIf a take out restaurant does not let me use my own containers, I will email the restaurant's management to start a conversation and use that knowledge to talk with other people if need be. In addition, I read something online I hadn't thought about yet, which is to bring your own container at a sit down restaurant in case of leftovers. In this situation, there aren't any health or safety threats to the restaurant.
