REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Make Your OwnHow do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?
Stoyan Iordanov 7/08/2019 8:04 AMFood preparation is being part of my life for a very long time . I spend not only July but most of the summer months and early fall to prepare own food . the benefits of that is that no extra food at the time goes to waste .another benefit is that you know exactly what goes in that particular container .
