Buying from bulk bins allows me to only get what i need so there is no excess waste and the food is usually fresher.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Make Your Own
How do you feel about being more involved in the food preparation process? Joyful, overwhelmed, engaged, empowered? What are the benefits of choosing to process or produce your own food instead of buying it pre-processed?

I love cooking and making my own food. I can control the amount of spices and salt in my own food. Homemade food is so much better for you. Also, home grown veggies are so much more flavorful than anything store bought.
